Measures taken
The Site’s text and background color combinations have been measured against WCAG contrast requirements and meet or exceed Level AA ratios. All meaningful images carry text alternatives; decorative visual effects are marked as such for assistive technology. Pages are navigable by keyboard, include a skip-to-content link, use labeled form fields, and honor the operating-system "reduce motion" preference by disabling animation for users who request it.
Known limitations
The Site includes decorative motion and cursor-driven visual effects on desktop devices. These are non-essential, convey no information, and are automatically disabled for users with the reduced-motion preference enabled and on touch devices.
